The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all traffic control services provided to the client, is reliable and on-time, trained and safe to ensure a well-organized operation. This position will oversee the entire office including Traffic Controllers and Schedulers. 

Field Operations

  • Inventory of operational equipment and office supplies r field use

  • Assist with answering phones

  • Filing for multiple departments

  • Deliver equipment to field staff as needed

  • Repair equipment as needed

  • Troubleshoot any vehicle maintenance issues

  • Assist general manager, team leads, flaggers, and others, with field operations as needed

  • General office work as needed

Skills Requirements

  • Previous office assistance or operations experience preferred in a fast pace environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be very comfortable talking to staff, and customers

  • Strong, friendly and professional phone communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to problem solve

  • Organizational skills

  • Must have the ability to work individually and be self-driven

  • Efficient in Microsoft Office

  • Must be able to possess the ability to analyze information

  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
