Summary:

• Oversee all scheduling of jobs to ensure the appropriate placement of crews for clients

• Develop and grow employee and client relationships

• Proactively keeping in contact with clients and assessing their scheduling needs

• Help to keep all job schedules up to date on the daily spreadsheet for payroll

• Ensure that all appropriate equipment is available and that all workers understand the specifications, locations and duration of the job

• Follow up to make sure jobs are complete or note job status

• Assist in scheduling employee vacations and days off around job orders

• Ability to provide administrative assistance to other operations departments as needed

• Must be able to answer evening and weekend phone calls if needed

• All other job duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to acquire information and answer questions for managers and clients promptly

• Must have the ability to work individually and be self-driven

• Capable of managing spreadsheets

• Efficient in Excel, Word and using the internet

• Previous office assistance or scheduling experience preferred in a fast pace environment
