Career Paths at WD Wright
There’s more than one way to grow here. Whether you're working on the ground or leading a crew, every role plays a part in our success.
Traffic Control Flagger
The front lines of safety. As a flagger, you’ll manage traffic flow around job sites, communicate clearly with motorists and coworkers, and ensure everyone stays protected. No prior experience? No problem—we’ll train you.
Crew Leader
Step up to lead. Crew Leaders manage the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring safety standards are met and jobs are completed efficiently. It’s the next step for flaggers who show leadership and reliability.
Traffic Control Supervisor
Our supervisors oversee multiple job sites, assist with scheduling, and ensure compliance with regulations. This role requires experience, leadership, and a strong understanding of traffic control systems.
Administrative and Operations Roles
Not all traffic control happens in the field. From dispatch and logistics to HR and safety coordination, our behind-the-scenes teams help keep everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
